He's worked for IBM and other multinationals, and is the founder and CEO of Human Capital Realisation, a fast-growing company based in Australia that helps organizations in the Asia-Pacific region empower their people through innovative learning tools and HR tech solutions.
HCR leads the way in helping organizations make informed and quick decisions through a SMART organization chart, make learning more efficient and effective by creating engaging online learning experiences for their employees, and increase productivity, engagement and profitability while reducing accidents through measuring and improving psychological safety in the workplace.
Although most of HCR's customers are in Australia, they are continuing to expand their reach into the culturally diverse economic powerhouse that is South East Asia.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and a PhD in Philosophy from Swinburne University of Technology.
